Tektronix 4, 5, 6 Series -PS2 Power Solution Bundle Upgrades

Available now, the new Power Solution Bundles for the 4, 5, & 6 Series Oscilloscopes can be purchased as a stand-alone upgrade product. The bundle will ship in a single box!  There is a certificate of entitlement in each box that provides a process for the  customer to turn that code into a license for their instrument'
