The Tektronix P67SA01SD solder down probe comes with PCI Express Gen1, Gen2, and Gen3 Protocol to Physical Layer Analysis. The probe can be used for link widths from x1 all the way to x16, and with up to 8.0 GT/s acquisition rates. The P67ASA01SD also comes with 8 GB memory/module (16 GB memory, x16 link width) which helps increase not just the chances of detecting an error, but also identifying the issue that caused the error to begin with.
