The Tektronix MDO3SA spectrum analyzer frequency range of each MDO3000 Series can be upgraded from 9 kHz to 3 GHz, enabling spectral analysis on most consumer wireless standards. In order to address the bandwidth requirements of modern RF, the Tektronix MDO3000 Series Oscilloscope's Spectrum Analyzer provides up to 3 GHz of capture bandwidth. The spectrum is generated from a single acquisition, thus guaranteeing you'll see the events you're looking for in the frequency domain.
