Tektronix P2200 Voltage Probe

The P2200 200 MHz Passive Voltage Probe permits selection of 1X or 10X attenuation, using a switch located on the probe head. This probe is compatible with general purpose oscilloscopes having an input capacitance between 15 and 25 pF.
