Keithley 10 Channel Scanner Card for 2000 Series DMM

The 2000-SCAN is a 10-channel general-purpose Scanner Card for use with the 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2010 digital multimeters. Used to multiplex ten 2-pole or five 4-pole signals into a 2000 series DMM or a combination of 2-pole and 4-pole signals.
